As the tagline says “either love it or hate it” Well in my case, I

love the depth of taste it gives to food. Been having it on toast with different variations of pairing from jam to avocado. I've yet to use it in cooking.

Legendary breakfast spread made in UK. Based on yeast extract, and a bunch of other

cereals. Contains gluten (rye) and is marketed by unilever (bah!).
Glass pot, quite pricey €4.

Awesome spread! I've never tried anything like it before. It goes well on toast, crumpets

Not to my liking, but hubby loves the weird, bitter taste of this spread and

was glad to have found it on the shelves again after its long absence.

Marmite. I’m sometimes able to find this here in the states. It’s much more popular

outside of the states which I’m sure many of you can attest to when I can. I will try and grab it. I do like it on bagels. It’s not the most pretty picture, but it does the job, a little bit goes a long way. #Marmite
