introduce you to Koia’s newest flavor in their keto line. I was hesitant to buy this because I was not thrilled by their other keto flavors I’ve tried over the past year. However, this tastes very much like birthday cake! Vanilla cake with a sweet sugar frosting that you’d just want to lick off your fingers. Yummm! I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Makes me want to go back and check if the other keto flavors have improved since. (A number of their regular protein shakes taste wonderful, and I have been purchasing those throughout the year. Reviews on those are in queue.)
One 12-fluid ounce (355mL) birthday cake bottle provides just 150 calories from 8g of fat (7g of saturated fat from coconut and sunflower), 7g of carbohydrates (5g from fiber) and 12g of protein.
