y eso para mi es muy importante.
Lo recomiendo ya que es considerada una grasa buena y puedes usarla para untar, licuados, pasteles y demás #veganisnotscary

A quick #nerdyfact about almonds :
Most of us have heard about the poisonous effect of bitter almonds — the compound responsable of this is called: amygdalin that breaks apart in small molecules one of them cyanide. We know that the “wild almond tree” mutated to give the “sweet almonds variety”
A small difference/mutation in its genome made it possible the use and consumption of almonds (where the domestication started) Of course now, plant breeders only cultivate and improve sweet almond trees.
This small mutation reduces the production of amygdalin then no need to worry about it 🧐
