Caramelized onion protein puffs

Discounted snacks for the walk home from the grocery store. The first puff I grabbed

tasted wet. Very odd sensation. It was a hot day out, perhaps a drop of sweat landed on it before reaching my lips. Who knows. It took a few puffs before deciding that I liked them. And I did share the bag, following Smokey's rule from the movie Friday, "Puff, puff, give." 😉

Very flavorful and delicious! Love when a puff/chip/crisp packs a yummy punch. The

texture is not exactly like a puff…it is definitely more crunchy. Not a health food but nice that there is some protein in these snacks.

Great option if you're craving some chips but don't want to overdo on the calories!
