If you like chocolate and berries, you’ll love this frozen non-dairy treat. It doesn’t
matter if you’re vegan or not; a great tasting treat is great tasting regardless!! I really loved the crunchy chocolatey shell and the sweet berry flavour.
The “berry flavour” is actually the flavour of several berries - strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry.
It’s certainly not a healthy treat, but it is a delicious way of getting iron (each bar gives you 11% of your day’s recommended iron). One bar also gives you half your day’s saturated fat! So enjoy with caution.

I would definitely get this again, but when they’re on sale. Metro has them stupidly priced (regular price is $6-$7 for a box of 3).
