I bought this #tempeh at Lifestyles Market, which I hadn’t seen anywhere else before. It
didn’t have much of a taste to it on its own, but I tossed it in some #balsamic and spices and #airfryed it.

it turned out well! Burnt this a bit in the air fryer though so I can't say much about the texture 😅
