Oat flakes n° 2, more old fashioned in my opinion. The most things I wrote in the last review apply to this one as well. I love these oat flakes for savory porridges, they have kind of a risotto vibe. The nutrients are the same, even if these flakes are "less processed".

They are good for baking, but I prefer porridge oats for my breakfast so I usually share the rest with the feathered friends outside.
