I love pickles 🥒 but I’m definitely a dill girlie. That being said, I
was curious about this sweet and spicy style from Grillo’s. The chips were pretty crisp, and were packaged in brine with jalapeños and red pepper pieces. These are definitely more on the sweet side than the spicy side as the brine is very sweet. I did enjoy these but I don’t think I’d repurchase as I’d prefer them to be less sweet.
The packaging also could use some improvement. It is challenging to open (and when I did get it open brine went flying hahaha) and is not recyclable in my area. I try to reuse packages that aren’t recyclable but it doesn’t have the best seal so I’m unsure how to best use it. Feels quite wasteful.
