These adorable shortbread cookies are shaped like a piece of toasty with a vanilla frosting
on the back. They smell like a combination of vanilla and cinnamon, which is delightful. They are also a little bigger than standard GS cookies. The omnivores in my family loved these and had no idea they were vegan. I ‘d definitely buy more. Package includes 16 cookies for $5.
