These have always been my favorites! The lemon inspired cookies. They have a medium lemon
kick, which is perfect! I had no idea they would be vegan but if they’re from abc bakers there are 4 options!

These shortbread cookies smell very citrus-y, but I found the lemon icing to be artificially
sweet. They are a little larger than standard Girl Scout cookies. The package cost $5. I liked the toast-yahs much better.
