I love cooking up these sausages with some onion and vegetables and pairing it with some rice. The flavour is great, but I can’t eat them too often, because they give me awful heartburn. 

I also think they’re a tad pricey, but since I don’t buy them too often, I don’t mind too much.

These were on sale at Walmart for $3.99 😲😲😲 so I had to scoop a few. I love the very clean ingredient list and that #eggplant #onion and #sweetpeppers are part of it.

I made a hearty casserole with the sausage and added #pasta, #blackbeans, #mushrooms, onions, #greenpeppers, #peas, spices, #nooch, and #garlic with a #tomatosauce.

These are the best! We’re in Canada too but on Vancouver Island so no sale – however, WM always beats everyone else by at least $2! 

These are my favourite vegan sausages! I love cooking these cut up and pan fried with onions and peppers. Also works great roasted with potatoes and veggies.
