Ok, it’s just that I truly enjoy these drinks with very little sugar — like i drink black coffee, plain water and cole zero. So this is completely up my alley. Very much enjoy this for cooking and drinks cos i think its base flavour is pretty plain and adaptable, versatile i’d say
The only unsweetened soya milk with high calcium in the local market that’s also super #affordable. I use this to dilute sweeter soy milk or in cooking savoury foods like creamy pasta and light curries. I drink this with a scoop of protein powder sometimes, which is an excellent combo because of the amount of added protein.
My favorite soy milk with its low price, zero added sugar, high calcium+vit D3 and source of omega 3 fatty acids from flaxseeds. I personally like it but for people not used to 0 sugar, by mixing it with other plant milks, or adding vegan chocolates or bananas+avocados or flavored granola/muesli to make a shake/cereal, it becomes a really nice addition :)
I tried replacing my usual dairy milk with this to make my homemade latte, and unfortunately, the soy milk is too overpowering that the taste of caffeine is gone. Was disappointed as I was hopping this would be a permanent replacement. Would continue to find other alternatives that taste the same or even better than the one I’m having💪🏻 This is still a little sweet for me despite having lesser sugar? But would be a nice drink itself for breakfast!
