Wetter than other facon brands here in SA, but good all the same. Slightly sweet and it does fall apart more than others. Would I buy it again? Probably. The shop assistant (very sweet, patient and helpful) said they prefer to braai/grill it. But as along as you cook it down, slowly, this is very pleasant.
