I was very skeptical when I opened the box to see the contents which looked something like... a grey mass covered with a thick layer of what looked like fat? Still unsure what the sticky substance was... I chopped the snags into slices and fried up into a stir fry, I’m not sure I could have eaten them whole the texture might be too sickly, but the flavour is actually very nice and quite ‘chickeny’ next time I would slice them in two, long ways to break up the texture a bit
