oh my, this might turn into one of my must-haves. parmesan-like pasta topping with cashew,

almonds, yeast flakes and seasoning. looks very authentic, but of course it doesn't taste as 'strong' as parmesan. in my opinion it tastes better than parmesan. liked it a lot. even 19g of protein. eur 2.45

I had never tried vegan #parmesan, so when this appeared in DM, I had to

take it. I wasn’t disappointed, but this isn’t anything special either. Only almonds, cashews, nutritional yeast and sea salt. Good idea to make at home too. Good for decorating a bolognese or any other dish.

Very nice Parmesan alternative which doesn’t need to be stored in the fridge before it
