Organic Dark Chocolate

This is a good tasting chocolate that I use in recipes.  It melts Wells.

I don’t buy a lot of plain chocolate bars, but I wanted one to make a chocolate chip cookie recipe from It Doesn’t Taste Like Chicken. This bar was perfect!  And I love that it is Rainforest Alliance Certified (if you have Max (HBO), check out the segment John Oliver  recently did on chocolate). And there is a love poem!

Oh gosh, so much deliciousness in this post! 🍪Your cookies look heavenly, love John Oliver (will check out the referenced ep) & especially love Shakespeare’s Sonnets 43, 20 & 10  -  all of which were turned into songs by Rufus Wainwright - if you’re a music lover I highly recommended checking them out 🎶
