Smooth and dark with a hint of sweetness. Used it to make chocolate mousse, but have also eaten it on its own. Great quality chocolate.

Rich and intense, this is definitely for the pure #chocoholic in me. I do usually love texture in my chocolate but I like this as it is as well. I also like that the brand is socially and environmentally #responsible.
