Flapjack Cashew & Coconut

This was 99p in #hollandandbarret so I thought I’d give it a try. It’s a little dry for a #flapjack, but I really love the flavour balance of coconut and sweet oats, and it’s a good size. It also has #recyclable packaging and is #sustainablymanufactured and sourced.

Was a very delicious vegan bar. I like this brand, cause they have a reasonable price for what you get.

I always check out the unique vegan foods whenever I shop at Winner’s or Marshall’s. Grabbed this box on my last visit. They’re like soft oatmeal/coconut granolas bar that have little “crisps” that give a nice texture.

A dense, chewy bar that tastes of coconut and cashews. It’s SO sweet, so it’s not as healthy as you (I) might think. But it’s lovely as a snack before or after a workout.
