Molto gustoso, saporito e finalmente piccante. L'ho usato su delle pizzette fatte col pane, quindi
cotto in forno,ma anche a crudo è buono.

Il gusto non ricorda affatto il salame ma un affettato piccante sfizioso come aperitivo a
base di verdure e legumi SENZA GLUTINE.
