Pasta rellena de setas. Como plato prepreparado cumple con las expectativas, que no deben ser

muy altas. La cantidad es suficiente para 2. Lo que hice es pasar la 2a porción por la sartén con mantequilla vegana de violife y me gustaron más que el día anterior.

I was surprisingly happy when I found these vegan tortellini at Müller, they are

maybe the first vegan tortellini I've found and bought 😃
They taste good enough, the dough is a bit thick but apart from that I liked them and I'll surely buy them again.
Finally I can have my winter comfort food back!

Nice! I boil them in salt water with kurkuma to give a less greyish colour.
