can experiment with milk alternatives preparing a nice latte in my 'barista' coffee machine 😜
Ades is the most common brand in Mexico of soy milk, the flavor is super good and thanks to the gums (added) is a perfect one for foaming and preserve the texture of the latte. (plus the price is super affordable).
🤓 as a #nerdyfact: to generate a good foam is important to do not overheat this "mylk" is better if you use it directly from the fridge. The final temperature should do not exceed 60 C. Air is important to create the perfect foam too, so take in mind to place the steam wand in the correct place and close it when the temperature increases (if you have a thermometer much better, you can check the temperature and not only calculate it 😜). The quality of coffee is the main point to create a good coffee. here I used a Mexican coffee from Chiapas (one of the main producers of coffeea arabica in Mexico). As a science and food nerdy I am obsessed with having the best coffee extraction, so I try to keep everything in place to have the best sensorial experience ☕️
