My grocery store was out of Beyond Burgers, so I grabbed these to try as
I was looking for another non-soy option. These Gardein burgers come frozen, so they don’t resemble raw meat as some other veggie burgers do and are much more firm in their shape. Once cooked, however, they have great texture! The taste is a little more plain compared to some other veggie burger brands, but in a way that gives you flexibility with toppings and condiments. I plan to buy more to have on hand in the freezer!
