grams of protein. It's unflavoured. Ingredients: Pea protein isolate, brown rice protein concentrate, hemp protein, Digezyme (amylase, protease, cellulase, beta-D-galactosidase, lipase).

Now, how I use it. I don't drink it. I add it to my oatmeal with chia seeds and various toppings (flax seeds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, cashews, walnuts, sunflower seeds). I consume it sometimes after training or prolonged physical activity. I got it at Polleo Sport for 190 HRK. Hard to judge on flavour as...well...it's unflavoured as advertised. Does what it needs to and

it's gluten free also which is great for some. Usually good deals on their website. Comes with scoop included. Made with pea protein and fava bean isolate.

I would not tell you that it tastes the greatest, but it’s not that offensive

either!

I personally would mix half of another flavour so that it tastes nicer haha

but it’s for sure a great protein supplement for muscle growth 💪🏼
