The un-brie-lievable vegan cheese from Nuts For Cheese may sound simple or plain but trust
me it has the perfect flavour! I had some on a salad and some roasted veggies along with vegan meatballs. It is great! A little on the pricy side though.

I sampled this at #planted expo and it was quite good with the cracker. It
doesn’t taste or feel like Brie at all, though; it’s more like a goat cheese. When I brought it home and tried it again by itself, I was overwhelmed with a strong coconut flavour that I do not like. (I hate coconut.) My sister said it smelled like feet. I think I’ll be able to eat it with crackers and try to mask the coconut taste but I will not be repurchasing.

nuts for cheese has the best cheese. this ones got a nice plain goes-with-everything cream
cheese kind of vibe. like it doesnt have this big specific vibe on its own (like something chipotle or herb whatever etc) so it’s perfect to throw on a board and get in the mix. legit GOOD and not just “good*” *𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘷𝘦𝘨𝘢𝘯 𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘦𝘴𝘦. so goooood #ditchdairy
