Ok so it doesn't look super appetizing but it's tasty nonetheless lol! Only 390 calories
in the container so I'd recommend eating along with something else if you want to feel full.
The consistency of the pieces was ok, pretty soft and very obviously made of wheat #gluten. The sauce was flavorful and there was a good ratio between the sauce and rice. Nutrionally it's ok--12g of #protein but it is a pretty small portion.
I warmed it in the #microwave because it only takes a few minutes to prepare, making it great for a quick meal. You can also throw it into the oven, though that takes much longer so I didn't want to do that haha.
