🇫🇷🇹🇭🍛 The fussy French’s father got this #redcurry bursting with🍆 #aubergine #mushroom #peppers #tofu and #thai #basil. 🍄🟫🫑🫛🌿It was labelled as the most #spicy 🌶️🌶️on the menu but it was very tolerable they said. I think they must tone the heat down for the French palate. Served with #rice 🍚of course. €15 Delicious #veganrestaurant run by a Thai team perhaps husband and wife. #paris #veganinfrance I’d love to try this too.

There are a handful of Asian countries/cuisines that labour under the misconception that their food is "spicy". Few genuinely are. A little bit of heat doesn't count!
