I'd had (and loved) their #frozen pumpkin #tofu before and made it a point to return for the #seaweed flavour too. And then promptly never did 😆 Until now.
I realise these guys do something horrible - in order to use the plastic pouches for all their products they don't actually indicate the flavour in the product name or the flavour-specific ingredients in the list on the back. In other contexts, i.e. were I not able to stock this from Vegan District, I'd be extremely annoyed at this relaxed approach to their labelling obligations!
Anyway, the tofu was beautifully soft and bouncy despite being from frozen, and the seaweed provided a lovely flavour 😋
