Yellow lentils in a mix of spices and ginger. The original has ghee but you can also ask cor it vegan as it’s written. You can choose to serve it with Naan or basmati rice, but i asked if i could have Chapati which is vegan and the lady kindly agreed. The lentils were amazing and each spice complemented each other in perfect equilibrium. You can really taste the ginger 🫚 so if you don’t like it keep in mind, but i personally love it. The chapati was soft and perfect to go with the lentils. They have a good selection of vegan options and the prices and service are really good. 🇮🇳
