This vegan pesto is so good! It has no nuts, which is rare for vegan store-bought pesto. It is thinner and on the oily side, so be careful when you’re eating it. I’ve used this for everything from sandwiches, to pasta, to just dipping crackers in it and it’s great on everything. The jar is also pretty big and goes a long way!
