Our favourite dish in the dining room on the Oosterdam (Holland America) this summer: lemon garlic pasta with Beyond Meat "Hack" mince, tomato, vegan cheese and capers. HAL have a special vegan menu (titled, for mysterieus reasons, "Vegetarian Menu", which you have to especially ask for, but it's worth it!
