These #springrolls were good, normal, nothing extraordinary. I enjoyed them, flavor was ok, they were crunchy and good! The sauce was made with red bell peppers so it was a little sweet, which I enjoyed. They are just 2 units for almost $8, which to me is expensive! So not great value, but would probably order them again just because I like the appetizer and there aren’t many more vegan-friendly options for appetizers.
The restaurant is an #asianfusion place that has some plant-based options but you can find more vegan-friendly Asian restaurants out there. This one is very popular in #costarica and it’s ok, I used to go but there are better ones I think.
