This consisted of creamy mashed organic avocado 🥑, lively microgreens, extra virgin olive oil, organic lemon juice, and a sprinkle of sea salt, plus Mama Lil's peppers on a slice of thick-cut Dos Hermanos Bakery sesame sourdough bread. It had a delightful combination of delicious ingredients.
