Another amazing mock meat product from Paradis Vegetarien! This Thai chicken was an amazingly chewy texture and pulled apart just like chicken. The Thai flavour was subtle but these bites were delicious nonetheless. Went amazingly in my soy-tahini noodle salad bowl.
