Where do I start with this dish! Every element was perfectly executed, from the vegetables, to the ramen, to the mushrooms and the deeply flavourful broth. The truffle flavour was very present without being too overwhelming and the walnut milk base made in-house was so rich and tasty. Such a perfect bowl of ramen!
