#paubhaji consists of spicy, mashed vegetables and home-made vegan bun with a little pot of chopped red onion.
It’s not a mind-blowing dish, but it has got the spice hit.
The buns are light and combine well with the mash. Personally, I find the mash a bit stodgy in texture but the consistency spreads well on the buns.
Dishoom is a very popular chain. Very difficult to book a table.
