What a bomb idea! Battered jalapeño #pepper stuffed with #plantbased seafood stew with #cheeze in a tortilla with chipotle sauce 🫑 spicy, but not too much, and just a genuinly fun mix of textures and tastes. Only in #Mexico !!🇲🇽
