While I generally liked this dish, I wish the sauce was less sweet and slightly spicier. I felt like the mala numbing taste was slightly tame here. That being said, the portion was big and there were plenty of veggies and mushrooms. Wish there was a bit more tofu or ingredients higher in protein, but this wasn’t too bad. The rice was delicious.
