I have made a habit of ordering hot chocolate at Caffè Nero when I fly. Make sure to ask for the plant-based version as they also have a hot chocolate powder with dairy in it!!

Staff were very helpful and friendly, and the barista showed me the hot chocolate powder to make sure I got the correct version. The hot chocolate was made with soy milk and it was very delicious.
