Obsessed with this cauliflower bowl at Jamjar Canteen! As a vegan, I’ve tried a lot of fried cauliflower over the years, but this one genuinely takes the top spot. The cauliflower is perfectly crispy with a bright, lemony kick that makes every bite so satisfying. The dish also comes with two incredible dips, a beet dip and a creamy hummus, which pair beautifully with the rest of the bowl. It’s such a flavourful, well-balanced combo that feels both indulgent and nourishing. One of my absolute favourite spots I’ve discovered in Vancouver, can’t wait to go back! 😊
