Had the Truffle Shoyu Ramen at Mensho Tokyo Singapore and wow, it’s next level. The truffle flavor is super rich and gives the broth this luxurious vibe that’s hard to beat. The noodles are spot on too. Honestly, this would be a 10/10 if it came with some plant-based protein, like tofu, seitan, or some more mushrooms for a bit of extra bite. Still, definitely a must-try if you're a truffle fan!
