Homemade patty of lentils and beets that’s fried crispy for a delicious crunch. The onion jam and vegan brioche bun were creative additions, and we appreciated the openness of staff to veganizing their house salad, which featured peas, asparagus and hazelnuts. Definitely recommend Brickhouse as a vegan-friendly resto in Charlottetown.
