I got a bit of mild food poisoning the morning after this meal and suspicion naturally falls on dishes like this one. Not just because I had most of it, but because it's naturally sour and you always think you wouldn't know if something was off 😅

Anyway, the #assamfish had all the flavours that you expect - sour, tender, #spicy, etc. And they varied the accompaniments too - #okra, #aubergine, #chilli, #pineapple. Not bad!
