Not bad for 11 g of protein! It’s a bit expensive but I got lucky and found this cheap at a liquidation store! Some of the flavours aren’t vegan so you just have to make sure if you want to buy them so far I find the salt and vinegar and Sriracha flavours are my favourite and are definitely vegan. but they are delicious and a great on the go snack especially if you’re going on a hike or on your way to work! I definitely recommend these!
