Sadly no nori in sight. But there was a nice mix of warm and cold ingredients.
The quinoa was well seasoned, which was appreciated. The crispy tofu had an interesting texture being really soft inside.
I'm keen to try the other vegan options on the menu when I'm hungry and find myself in the vicinity again.
