Fresh, beautifully sliced papaya on a bed of fried tofu accompanied by cucumber, crushed peanuts, chili and lime. A delicious dish to contrast with something heavier like a green curry. A small heat kick but nothing too much for my light-weight palate which can't take a lot of chili. Distinct taste of what would otherwise be a traditional fish sauce but this was obviously the vegan version, ordered from the restaurant's vegan menu.
