So many vegan options at this brewery, and they even do half off for meatless Mondays! This time I had the chicken melt, which was fantastic. They use #seitan from @seitansrealmcbus, melty #veganmozzarella, #veganpesto, and sundried tomatoes to make an incredible, flavor-packed sandwich. I highly recommend this dish.
