This bread honestly surprised me a lot. At first I went to "padaria" thinking that as always they wouldn't have any vegan option on baked goods, which was actually the sad truth but then as I just wanted something soft to snack on the plane I went for bread and this caught my eye. They also have a beetroot bread which looked very nice, but carub looked even better and I was not disappointed. The slightly chocolate taste and the crunchiness were on top and it's topped with seeds that makes it very worth It. Perfect for a gourmet sandwich to go!
