This was delicious. Although the smoked ‘duck’ didn’t really have a smokey flavour to it, it still tasted like duck and was almost buttery in its delectable, tender richness. The wheat noodles were thin, plentiful, and round and had a nice bite to them. The mushroom broth was clear and well seasoned but I wasn’t a big fan of the woody greens stems they included on top. I would have liked much more leaf and much less stem and from more vegetables than one. Other than that, a solid, well-priced dish.
You can also choose GF noodles, rice vermicelli, or flat rice noodles instead of the default wheat noodles if so inclined.
