This is the only coconut milk now sold in the small whole food shop near me, so I have had to lure my tastebuds away from Plenish.

It is a super sweet, refreshing coconut milk. I have grown to love it.

If you’re trying to reduce your sugar intake I wouldn’t recommend it. But if you’re looking for something sweet - or to make smoothies tastier with less effort - this is a good shout.

I use an unsweetened protein powder so mixing it with this reduces the need for other ingredients - and makes making a nice drink really easy.

It doesn’t curdle in hot drinks - but doesn’t foam as easily as soya or oat.

I think the ultimate coconut milk is by ReRooted (I will leave a review the next time I buy one) which is thick and creamy as well as refreshing. I wish it was sold near me - alas this coconut milk is the second most ethical - and delicious option.
