If you look at Delice & Sarrasin's google reviews, everyone is raving about the escargot, and for good reason! This was so delicious! It's essentially oyster mushroom in herbed butter, so of course it's delicious! It's a great starter to a compassionate, French meal. I've never had escargot before, so I can't speak to how authentic-tasting this is, but there's no way snails taste better than this.

*I had to delete my original post and re-do it here because the original reviews under the Escargot name were not actually for this dish. Unfortunately abillion cannot separate our individual reviews under the same dish to correct mistakes like that. Although I really like having my vacation reviews in chronological order, I'd rather have the correct data! 😩
